HST Finds Dark Mark!

In a stunning turn of events, astronomical researchers at the Department of Mysteries announced that their instruments onboard the Hubble Space Telescope had detected the Dark Mark, the symbol of You-Know-Who, in a deep-space galaxy cluster.

So begins the latest saga in the Harry Potter series, “Harry Potter and the Department of Astronomy.” Harry, Ron, and Hermoine visit CWRU Astro to battle with the forces of Lord Voldemort — Death Eaters, dementors, and theorists — to save the Hubble Space Telescope.

Along the way they meet many interesting characters and learn about the power of the Spell of Sagittarius Star. How does it turn out? Do they save Hubble? Read for yourself in this exciting new chapter of the Harry Potter series, published by the CWRU Astro students on April 1, 2019.
